The Universal Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

Ingredients (One Serving)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well to combine and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir again to prevent clumping, then cover the bowl or jar.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until thickened.
  5. Serve chilled with your favorite toppings such as fruits or nuts.
